新潟県十日町市を拠点に、地域資源や伝統的な素材に宿る記憶や文化を再構築し、現代の感性で再解釈した作品を国内外へ発信している。衣服にとどまらず、シューズやアートピース、空間演出に至るまで、横断的なクリエーションを行う。

2023年にMitsuyoshi Design Studioを設立。以降、伊勢丹新宿店での展示や、大阪・関西万博への出展、地域文化と連動したランウェイショーのディレクションなどを手がける。

2026年にはパリ・ファッションウィークにてコレクションを発表。地域に根差した素材や文化を起点に、グローバルな文脈での表現を探求し続けている。

Founder of Mitsuyoshi Design Studio

Based in Tokamachi, Niigata, Japan, he reconstructs the memories and cultural narratives embedded in regional resources and traditional materials, reinterpreting them through a contemporary sensibility and presenting his work both domestically and internationally. His practice extends beyond garments to include shoes, art pieces, and spatial design, reflecting a multidisciplinary approach.

In 2023, he founded Mitsuyoshi Design Studio. Since then, he has presented works at venues such as Isetan Shinjuku, participated in Expo 2025 Osaka, and directed runway shows that engage with local culture.

In 2026, he presented his collection at Paris Fashion Week. Rooted in regional materials and cultural contexts, he continues to explore expressions within a global framework.
